I have a dog ( ID is 1624110) who has/had two diseases: cured cervical spondylomyelopathy and medicated sebaceous adenitis. I've tried to work and train her multiple times, but when I do, it says that she's showing signs of illness. Every time the pop-up was shown, I got her tested. She has no new diseases, and I've had her medicated from the onset of these problems.
