This is the time in milliseconds it takes for your PC to show the website, the exact time from all files are downloaded, and till your browser displays the page. This will indicate the speed of your PC to display the actual pages. Normal ranges are between 0-200 ms.
Latency
Latency is the time in milliseconds it takes for your computer to fetch a single (simple) page from our server, this will indicate the time your PC spends trying to prepare a connection to our server and getting the results to your PC. This will show if you have a internet connection with alot of latency. Normal ranges for this test is between 0-100 ms

This test downloads 10 kilobytes of data from our server, and is measuring the raw speed of the internet connection. Normal values for this test is very dependent on your connection,
but somewhere around 0-500 ms
100kb Test
This test downloads 100 kilobytes of data from our server, and is measuring the raw speed of the internet connection. Normal values for this test is very dependent on your connection, but somewhere around 0-1000 ms
